Malibel Saipa Company was established in October 1344 for the purpose of producing all casting parts and all kinds of metal artefacts, and the executive operations of establishing the company continued until the end of 1347 and its operation actually started from the beginning of 1348. Malibel Saipa company was managed by private shareholders until 1358. Since 1358, it has been announced as one of the companies covered by the National Organization of Iranian Industries, and the first government managers took charge of the affairs on 7/20/1359. In December 1363, all the shares of the company were handed over to Iran’s Industrial Development and Modernization Organization, and subsequently it was removed from the list of companies subject to the protection law.
